System solutions for windows and doors 

Schüco windows are divided into 3 main categories according to the material they are made of. They can be made of aluminium, PVC or of steel and/or stainless steel. 

• Aluminium windows are known for their longevity and they are characterized by optimal energy efficiency, high stability and durability. Thanks to the reduced maintenance effort and the absolute weather resistance they are perfectly suitable both for these sides of houses which are more exposed to weather influences conditions and for regions with severe climatic conditions. Aluminium windows are particularly suitable for large surfaces. Furthermore, the excellent heat insulation values 0.8 W/(m2K) of the window type Schüco AWS 112 IC respond to passive house requirements. This is the first window that manages to match these high requirements. There are further windows of the AWS series that are characterized by the highest possible heat insulation.
• PVC windows are valued for their exceptional price-performance-ratio. However, this is not the only thing they can offer. The windows have excellent heat insulation qualities and are characterized by longevity. The company offers a variety of accessories for noise insulation and in addition, there is a special window type-Schüco Corona CT 70 which reaches heat insulation values up to 1.2 bis 1.5 W/(m2K). Another window type- Schüco Thermo 6 has heat insulation values between 1.0 bis 1.1 W/(m2K) and this helps to save up to 29% of household’s energy needs. Schüco Alu Inside offers the highest heat insulation value -0.76 W/(m2K).
• Steel end stainless steel windows are particularly acclaimed by professional designers. They are valued for the combination of narrow frames and high stability which allows for large size, slender window constructions. These types of windows can look dreamlike in terms of haptics, optical appearance and elegance.
