We will arrange an appointment together that is the most suitable for you and keep it strictly. Our technicians and installers will appear on time at your construction site and will install your window in a prompt and professional way.
The customer's satisfaction is very important for us and that's why our employees will take care of the correct and precise installation of your windows and doors. They will also leave your home/office clean and in order. After our employees are done there will be hardly any major traces of installation left.
An installation according to ÖNORM B5320
FENSTERNORM offers for different installation methods:
- Shell construction
- Replacement of new construction without plastering services
- Replacement of new construction including plastering services
- Replacement of an old construction without plastering services
- Replacement of an old construction including plastering services
All installation work is strictly implemented in accordance to ÖNORM B5320. This norm is oriented to the German norm DIN 4108 "Wärmeschutz und Energie-Einsparung in Gebäuden - Teil 7" (heat protection and energy saving in buildings - part 7). According to this norm, the sealing of window sills at construction sites should be impermeable and driving rain resistant. We follow the 'inside tighter than outside' rule which makes it possible that the sealing absorbs and damps the temperature influences, the effects of wind or vibrations effectively.
