Step 1 - choose the right products

You can choose products from a wide assortment:

• Windows from high-quality materials - most modern multi-chamber profiles from synthetic materials or alu-synthetic composite, natural looking wood and wood aluminium frames, stable aluminium systems
• Entrance and house doors from the market leaders Schüco and Trocal
• Reliable sun and insect screen products
• Stylish window seals

Your priority should be energy efficiency, classical aesthetic appeal or burglary protection and you should try to design the different elements according to your personal desires.

Step 2 –  Tender preparation

In order to help you to choose your product, we created the intelligent and uncomplicated product configurator. You can use it for free and around the clock. What you have to do in advance is to measure your window and door openings exactly to our instructions. Furthermore, you should choose a suitable model, glazing and accessories and decide upon a certain colour. There are only a few simple steps that will lead you to your goal and there you have your non-binding offer. The offer is valid for the next four weeks after the date of the order.

Of course, we will be happy to create a tailor-made offer for you. In this case, you should send via email, fax or post your enquiry for the desired product to FENSTERNORM with all the necessary details or send us CAD/architectural drawings of the building or the necessary elements. We will create your offer in the shortest possible time and check your enquiry for possible optimisation and operability. If we have some specific questions we will contact you and offer you optimisation suggestions. After extensive testing, we will create an offer for you.

Step 3 - An appointment to measure your profile

When the installation is included in the offer you can decide whether you want to have an appointment for measuring or not. If you decide to measure your window or door openings yourself then you have to take responsibility for the correct measurements. If you decide to make an appointment for the measurements then you leave all the services in our hands. The measurements can be implemented within the installation that we will complete. If you wish, a surveying technician will visit you in order to clarify all the technical details connected to your enquiry and to advise you on the best possible systems, glazing options, and materials. Finally, this person will carry out the necessary precise measurements.

Step 4 –  Order confirmation

If the offer responds to your requirement then you can order by signing the enclosed order confirmation. Then you will receive confirmation via email or fax or personally in our showroom. All the orders are processed by FENSTERNORM employees. This kind of processing makes the on-line ordering even more secure. After the determination of all the technical details and conditions, and also of the payment we will start to produce the ordered elements. You can make a down payment in cash or by bank transfer.
