Good morning,
Despite considerable uncertainty about buying windows and front doors plus window sills and roller shutters online for an entire new build, I received excellent advice during a visit on site in Vienna and then confirmed the purchase. Delivery arrived EXACTLY on schedule and was perfectly packed and secured! Even looking closely during installation there was not the slightest defect — excellent workmanship, good fittings; ABSOLUTELY NOT CHEAP GOODS!!! — despite the unbeatable price. Neither for windows, doors, roller shutters nor window sills.I can warmly recommend it to every tradesperson!

We had exterior roller shutter boxes installed on our apartment.
The visit to the shop wasn't great because the employee was quite unfriendly. However, since we received a good offer (compared to other companies) and wanted to hire a local Austrian company, we placed the order.
The rest of the process was very straightforward. Someone came to take measurements, and the roller shutters were installed within four weeks, even though the shop had told us it would take until the end of September.Both the written communication and all the employees (except those in the shop) were incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly.
What we personally missed: other companies had information about subsidies from the City of Vienna, but Fensternorm didn't provide any.
The roller shutters are extremely quiet and look very unobtrusive
