Affordable and professional delivery throughout Europe
FENSTERNORM delivers not only in Austria but everywhere in Europe. Deliveries beyond Europe are possible by arrangement. Your main benefit during work with our company is that we deliver fast and 100% professionally. This means that the deliveries are made only by professionals who have many years of experience. In addition, we can provide you with professional installation upon requirement. Do you want to collect your item for yourself? This is not a problem! You can collect your item from our warehouse in Vienna.
Our professionals will handle your new windows and doors with the utmost care, so that you don't have to worry about transport safety. After entering a country and postcode in the product configurator, the distance to the delivery location is determined. The delivery price of your order is then automatically calculated and included in the offer. If the total weight exceeds the 3 tons the delivery costs are corrected manually by our employees.
Delivery times
The delivery times for FENSTERNORM can be between 3 and 10 weeks if you collect them yourself. This depends on the product category that you can see below. The delivery times may vary depending on the selected color.

The delivery times that are stated above are only valid in the case of collection by customers. If installation or delivery are required the time of delivery may increase by up to two weeks due to disposition and allocation.
The delivery period starts immediately after payment. If there are some additional optimisations then the delivery time starts after the last signed order confirmation. If your order has products with a different delivery period the final delivery appointment is oriented on the product with the longest delivery time.
If the product was ordered during a discount campaign then the new delivery time could be prolonged with up to two weeks. In order to avoid any complications please plan your building project after you receive your windows, doors or sun protection.
