Despite considerable uncertainty about buying windows and front doors plus window sills and roller shutters online for an entire new build, I received excellent advice during a visit on site in Vienna and then confirmed the purchase. Delivery arrived EXACTLY on schedule and was perfectly packed and secured! Even looking closely during installation there was not the slightest defect — excellent workmanship, good fittings; ABSOLUTELY NOT CHEAP GOODS!!! — despite the unbeatable price. Neither for windows, doors, roller shutters nor window sills.

I can warmly recommend it to every tradesperson!

The Fensternorm website is informative and logically structured, so finding the right windows and preparing an exact enquiry was possible quickly and without problems. We received quotes promptly each time and could simply confirm them after checking. The deposit is reasonable — and we paid the balance in cash on delivery each time. Delivery notices and the actual deliveries always worked perfectly — a punctual and very friendly driver who also helped with unloading! The quality of the windows is excellent and we are very happy with them … the next order will follow soon, as several more windows still need replacing!

After spending some time on the www.Fensternorm.com portal, it was finally clear: Schüco aluminium windows.
After ordering, things moved quickly: a week later fitters came to check my measurements. 12 weeks later two trucks were at the door.
I also had Fensternorm carry out the installation. It ran very calmly and thoughtfully. You don't usually see that on a building site.
