My husband and I ordered windows, blinds, and fly screens for our entire vacation home from Fensternorm. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. The on-site consultation was friendly and professional, and the quote was incredibly fast (the same day!). Afterward, a technician came to our building to take precise measurements and provided excellent advice; we were able to discuss everything with him. A day later, we received the revised quote with the actual measurements and were able to place our order. Three and a half weeks later, we received the delivery and installation right on schedule. The installation took a little longer than expected, but the work was done very neatly, and everything was covered with protective plastic. Plus, the installation price was a fixed price anyway. Everything works perfectly, and we are extremely happy. We will definitely recommend this company to our neighbors. Thank you, great team!

After much deliberation and comparison, I chose Fensternorm because their prices were really good and they were easily accessible since they have their showroom in Vienna. I briefly considered ordering the windows from Hungary, but then I felt too uncertain. I haven't regretted it at all so far...everything went perfectly, from the initial measurements to the installation. The company's foreman, in particular, is absolutely fantastic! I was really glad to have him on my side for this project because he took such good care of everything. Unfortunately, a roller shutter cover was damaged during installation...but before I knew it, he had already ordered a new one and installed it upon delivery. I would definitely work with this company again. And as someone who isn't a window expert, I think the windows themselves are really good, so I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them.

We can wholeheartedly recommend FENSTERNORM! From the initial planning stages to delivery and installation, there were no problems despite Covid-19. They're knowledgeable about structural engineering and building regulations, which will naturally cost me a bit more, but better now than later. All in all, I can only say: keep up the good work!
