The service and handling by the staff were excellent.
I initially called to request a quote for exterior roller shutters. I was informed that I first needed to enter all the data/products into the configurator and then request the quote. I received the first quote the same day.
The measurement appointment was scheduled shortly thereafter. After that, I requested several more quotes and received them very quickly.
Only four weeks passed from the initial quote to the installation.

We had exterior roller shutter boxes installed on our apartment.
The visit to the shop wasn't great because the employee was quite unfriendly. However, since we received a good offer (compared to other companies) and wanted to hire a local Austrian company, we placed the order.
The rest of the process was very straightforward. Someone came to take measurements, and the roller shutters were installed within four weeks, even though the shop had told us it would take until the end of September.

Both the written communication and all the employees (except those in the shop) were incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly.

What we personally missed: other companies had information about subsidies from the City of Vienna, but Fensternorm didn't provide any.

The roller shutters are extremely quiet and look very unobtrusive
