The international company Trocal relies on energy efficient Windows systems and intelligent recycling solutions. In 1954 it was possible for the 1st PVC window in Troisdorf to go into the mass production. The high-quality products of Trocal are long-lasting, affordable and have good emission values. There is a large share of recycled material window profiles which lower greenhouse gas emissions by up to 90%. All kinds of PVC windows can be taken back and recycled by the company.  In this way, you can count on ecological and sustainable products!

Trocal windows can be individually fitted to the tastes and requirements of homeowners. Thanks to the wide range of Window Systems and products it is possible to create magnificent transitions between the inner and outer areas.  Trocal products were received by customers enthusiastically and advanced rapidly in the international market.
Since 2006 Trocal has offered an intelligent combination of PVC and aluminium. Products

AluPro

The innovative profile system from Trocal brings together the benefits of aluminium and PVC in a very intelligent way. On the outside, aluminium takes over the aesthetical function and provides the best possible stability. On the inside, the PVC profile serves for optimal warm and noise insulation. Thanks for this technology large-format façades can be provided with floor to ceiling windows.

Trocal InnoNova 70

The special characteristic of the series of products are the narrow face widths of the blind frames and the wings. You can receive this windows system in three different options: The flash mounted 'planar'-, the rebated 'classic'- and the semi-recessed 'elegance'. The 'elegance' is especially suitable to create great accents. 

Trocal 88+ Passivhaus

So far, the windows profiles have been strongly influenced by the requirements of thermal insulation. Because of this, they looked heavy and rigid. Thanks to the modern window technology the frames of Trocal achieve an elegant and sleek design and still, they can guarantee the highest possible heat insulation values.
Thanks for this quality they've been certified 4D using passive houses. In addition, there is a big advantage: The thermal insulation boards in the frames can be recycled up to 100% through a material division.

Trocal 76

Trocal 76 is associated with very good insulation values and elegant timeless design. The newest technology ensures high static stability. As a result, we can go for large window surfaces and light-flooded rooms. There is an additional added value for the winter: Thanks to these technologies there is an opportunity for significantly more light in rooms. In this way you'll have the chance to save on heating bills.

CleanControl

With CleanControl people who are concerned about cleaning could be more confident. CleanControl is a term for a self-cleaning profile. The functional mechanism is based on the photocatalytic effect that works perfectly with PVC profiles. This reduces the cleaning effort enormously and, in this way, homeowners have more time for the nice things in life. The interior PVC profiles require extremely low-maintenance. It's enough to wipe with a cloth once.

Surface design

Trocal provides its customers with an immensely large number of colours and decors for the outer windows to choose from. However, this isn't everything! There are three further door systems for surface treatment available: 

• DecoStyle is a film system that's available in 7 wooden decors and over 20 self-coloured films. They are highly resistant against wind, sun and rain and easy to maintain 
• AcrylProtect is a process of thermal treatment which inseparably bonds acrylics with PVC. The result is an amazingly authentic colour. In addition, there is a special treatment for highly efficient protection again stretching. 
• With the aluminium shell system AluClip you have endless design opportunities for outer profiles. With RAL and special colours, you can paint your windows in a simple and monochrome way, or in the colours of your company. Aluminium shells are very easy to apply to windows thanks to the innovative clip-in function. 

Even regarding the colouring Trocal sticks with its 'greenline' and produces the colours without lead.
