FENSTERNORM produces windows and doors from the profile Trocal 88 AluClip which are produced with a successful with high-quality product from the world-renowned market leader in the field of PVC windows. These innovative, extremely solid and easy-to-care for windows were received enthusiastically by customers. PVC windows and doors became best sellers and remained such in the 21st century. Since the beginning of production, the PVC-windows they were continually optimized in order to improve heat insulation, noise and burglary protection and driving rain impermeability.

Perfect appearance and stability

The aluminium PVC house door supplements the window systems TROCAL and this provides the entire facade with a harmonious look. The house door consists of two cover layers which are stuck together through vacuum processing and foam filling between them. The outer shells consist of powder-coated aluminium and guarantees high weather resistance. The combination of PVC and aluminium ensures longevity and meets the highest quality standards. The covering layers consist of ABS. These are acrylic surfaces which are UV-stabilised and extremely scratch resistant.
Doors made entirely of PVC are mostly used as secondary entrance doors. For higher demands and enormous strain, we recommend our premium aluminium profiles.

Greenline technology

Reduction of energy use and emissions are among the key challenges of our time. There are strict laws for energy efficiency. That's why many owners exchange their windows and doors in order to optimise insulation. The demands on environmental compatibility and sustainability are also valid for TROCAL. To produce PVC profiles, we use lead-free calcium-zinc based stabilisers (greenline).

• The innovative multi-chamber profile TROCAL 88 Standard has excellent heat insulation qualities and offers the necessary insulating door feelings and functional glazing. The thermally-separated threshold is made up of aluminium on the outside and PVC on the inside. It prevents condensation water formation and is suitable for people with disabilities.
• Barrier-free living: The threshold system TROCAL 88 Standard consists of two real sealing levels and it is maximum 20 mm high. The system is completely thermal insulated and prevents condensed water formation. 
• Stability and security in every detail:  Stability through perfect pressurised reinforcements profiles and welded corner connectors. The demands with regards to anti-burglar protection can be fulfilled individually.

Optional accessories 

Even the standard version of TROCAL 88 AluClip meets the needs of both aesthetically and quality-oriented customers. Optionally you can upgrade your door with the following accessories:

• Alarm contacts with a magnetic switch for more security;
• An anti-panic fitting for fast opening in case of emergency, executed with a crossbar;
• Door closer from Dorma in white and grey for a smooth and delayed closure of heavy doors;
• Step protection sheet against scratches and bulges;
• A peephole with a wide ring lens for increased security;
• A domestic animal flap, integrated into the panel or the glass according to your wishes;
• An E-Opener (electric door-opener) opens a door at the touch of a button so you don’t need to open it personally. The electrical connection is made by the customer or by a technician.
