Window renewal and attic conversion in Vienna

This Vienna project on a historic period building combined a window renewal with the conversion of the attic, so we coordinated closely with the other trades on the scaffolded building. In the existing structure the old openings had gone slightly out of true over the years; we planned for the correction during measuring, so the new windows sat straight and tight. We installed the attic elements in step with the building progress to avoid waiting times between trades. In this way the window replacement and roof work meshed well, and the rooms were quickly made wind- and watertight.
