Gable glazing with raking frames
The house stands among tall trees, and its most striking feature is the gable-end glazing, whose frames follow the slope of the roof. These raking elements and the large ground-floor glazing called for precise measuring and careful alignment during installation. We worked through the joints step by step with the appropriate sealing membranes, so everything closed tightly. Because of the weight of the large panes, we set them with several fitters and on a calm day. After minor adjustments on site, all the elements sat cleanly, and the work was completed within the agreed timeframe.
