For this single-family passive house in 1180 Vienna, high-quality timber-aluminium, PVC-aluminium and aluminium window and door systems were installed.
The Natura Solid 96 timber-aluminium windows and terrace doors, together with the Trocal 88 AluClip PVC-aluminium windows and terrace doors, combine excellent thermal insulation with modern architecture and durable surfaces.
A Schüco Royal 95 aluminium entrance door was installed as the main entrance, complemented by a Schüco ADS 75 SI aluminium secondary entrance door.
All windows and doors were manufactured to RC2 resistance class. VSG 4.4.2 laminated safety glazing provides additional burglary protection and enhances the overall security of the building.
Aluminium Z-90 Comfort external venetian blinds were installed for solar shading. Insect screen roller blinds and insect screen pleated blinds are integrated directly into the external venetian blind systems, creating a functional and visually harmonious overall solution.
