This passive house called for careful preparation, as the window and door elements had to fit together within very tight tolerances. Thanks to precise measurements and planning, the installation went smoothly and only minor adjustments were needed on site. The heavy lift-and-slide doors were set in place without trouble despite their weight, and the entrance door aligned exactly with the surrounding elements. Because the connections were right from the start, the interior work could continue immediately afterwards. The finished result combines clean detailing with the high energy performance the house was built for.
