Open to the environment 

Reduction of energy use and emissions are among the key challenges of our time. There are strict laws for energy efficiency. That's why many owners exchange their windows and doors in order to optimise the insulation. The demands on environmental compatibility and sustainability are valid for TROCAL also. To produce PVC profiles, we use lead-free calcium-zinc based stabilisers (greenline). They are produced in a sustainable way and can be recycled after they have been used. 

Heat insulation on the highest level

We offer excellent heat insulation qualities with multi-chamber profile of 76  building depth and inset fillings of 40 mm in addition to double and triple functional glass. 
Our technicians recommend the upgrade with glazing of the type “Warm edge” for even better insulation values. 
The threshold system from TROCAL involves three sealing levels under the preservation of the threshold height of 20 mm. The thermal broken threshold is made of aluminium on the outside and PVC on the inside and it prevents condensed water formation in accordance with the DIN Norm. 

High quality equipment and optional accessories 

Even the standard version of TROCAL 76 Standard meets the needs of both aesthetically and quality-oriented customers. Optionally you can upgrade your door with the following accessories:

• Alarm contacts with a magnetic switch for more security;
• An anti-panic fitting for fast opening in case of emergency, executed with a crossbar;
• Door closer from Dorma in white and grey for a smooth and delayed closure of heavy doors;
• Step protection sheet against scratches and bulges;
• A peephole which helps you to identify the visitors before they enter;
• An E-Opener (electric door-opener) opens a door at the touch of a bottom or for example after entering the correct numerical code. Electronic opening doors are very practical solutions for hospitals or retirement homes.
